Groovebox’s mission and vision

Established in 2018, Groovebox was born on the dancefloor, hosting intimate club events in underground venues across Nottingham. What started as a close-knit gathering for passionate revellers has evolved into one of the UK’s leading electronic music brands.

Groovebox has grown from strength to strength, delivering sell-out shows at some of the country’s most iconic venues, including its home at Binks Yard in Nottingham. Over the years, Groovebox has welcomed world-class headliners such as Patrick Topping, Hot Since 82, Idris Elba, East End Dubs, SOSA, and many more to its stages.

The success of these events paved the way for the creation of Groovebox Festival—a 7,000-capacity multi-arena festival featuring stellar line-ups, breathtaking production, and collaborations with globally renowned brands.

In just seven years, Groovebox has hosted over 200 headline artists spanning multiple genres and firmly cemented itself as a powerhouse in the UK’s electronic music scene.

As Groovebox continues to push the boundaries of electronic music and celebrate rave culture, 2025 promises to be our biggest year yet. Stay tuned. The best is yet to come.
