What is the age requirement for Groovebox events?

All Groovebox events are strictly 18+, and ID may be required upon entry. Please bring valid photo identification (passport, driving licence) to avoid any issues at the door.

Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?

All tickets are non-refundable. Please ensure you’re able to attend before purchasing your ticket.

Can I resell my ticket if I’m unable to attend?

You are welcome to resell your tickets to friends or someone looking to purchase them. Please be wary of scammers when looking to buy or sell tickets from anywhere other than an official ticketing platform.

Can I bring my own food or drink into the event?

No, outside food and drink are not permitted at Groovebox events. Food and beverages will be available to purchase inside the venue.

How can I request a carer ticket for an event?

If you require a carer ticket, please contact Skiddle directly, and they will assist with your request. Please email them at: custcare@skiddle.com. Proof of disability/carer ID will be required.

What should I do if I’m running late to the event?

If you’re going to be late, drop us a message on Instagram (@wearegroovebox) to let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

I lost something at a Groovebox event. How can I get it back?

If you’ve lost an item, please contact the venue that the event was at with a description of the item, and we’ll check with the venue to see if it has been found and come back to you.

Is there a dress code for your events?

No, we do not operate a strict dress code policy – wear what you are comfortable dancing the day away in! We just ask that you do not wear tracksuits to our event.

Can I purchase a VIP upgrade at the event?

Yes, VIP upgrades are available to purchase at our event providing they haven’t sold out ahead of the event date. VIP upgrades are subject to availability and we recommend purchasing them before the event date to avoid missing out.

What do VIP tickets include?

VIP tickets come with a number of added benefits pending on the event and venue, some of these can include VIP toilets, VIP bar, VIP seating areas and queue jumps. These benefits vary from venue to venue and per date of event, you can find the specific benefits of our VIP ticket offerings in each separate event listing on our ticketing platform.

Does my ticket include free entry to the afterparty, or do I need a separate ticket?

This varies depending on the event, if we do offer free afterparty tickets included in your event ticket – it will say so in the ticket description upon purchasing. If it does not specify that entry to the afterparty is included, you will need to purchase a ticket separately. We do not throw after parties for all of our events – please check event listings to find out whether there’s an after party or not.
