Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- Manage ticketing for an event

Groovebox Ltd are responsible for compliance with GDP with regard to your Personal Data. Groovebox may share your Personal Data with our processing partners such as MailChimp/Text providers who are contracted to assist with booking of your tickets – known as Sub Processors. Groovebox is responsible under GDPR to ensure that any Sub-Processors we contract are fully compliant with GDPR law and will also act to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your Personal Data.

When inputting your personal data, you are opting in to be included in our mailing list. If you decide to opt in to these marketing lists, you agree that Event Organisers or named Third Party organisations can send you marketing information, until; such time that you indicate to them a preference not to receive further information.
How we store your personal information New Vision will keep your personal data for no longer than reasonably necessary. Your information is securely stored on MailChimp. We keep Email addresses and Mobile Numbers for 3 years. We will then dispose of your information by terminating the files.
